I don't agree with the idea that anything is fine as long as it tastes good.This is because most delicious foods are high in calories, high in fat, and not good for  health.

I think that I should not eat only what you want to eat, but think about my health when eating.Continuing to eat unhealthy foods can make me sick.However, it is impossible to eat only healthy foods.Because I like fast food and I also like high calorie foods.So, I want to try to eat healthy foods and occasionally eat high-calorie foods.

  1. Why the most foods that are tastes good are high in calories and cheap ? I like them but I want to careful not to eat too much too.
